Ten years ago, from cramped offices above a takeaway in Wakefield, we launched a website that would help thousands of Muslims find their ideal marriage partner.
Within months SingleMuslim.com had several thousand users and celebrated its first marriage. Now we're the world's largest Muslim matrimonial website with over 500,000 members from 100 countries. We've already seen over 10,000 marriages.
Could we have done this without AdWords?
I doubt it.
Since we signed up in 2004, we've served 3.2 billion adverts, generating 7 million clicks.
We've tracked 215,000 conversions since August 2007 - nearly half our membership.
There's no doubt that AdWords has made a real difference to our business, and has helped thousands of Muslims find marriage.
